How does yahoo answers transfer the question that i type in on the homepage, to the next step on a dif page?
I am a webdeveloper, and i am curious on what yahoo answers does to transfer the data entered in on the home page to the following steps.|||looks like yahoos using java- just checked, I'm right. Their pages are almost 100% java, and little html to hold it all together. The place you type in is a saved field that is given a name- due to the nature of the java program, it has the ability to save, or "catch" the information typed into a field for a short amount of time (say, the time it takes you to load up the next page), then it can transfer the information typed into field A, into field B on the next page, and make the information bend into any formatting they want it to. BEHOLD the mystery of java programming!!!|||By hyperlink. Webdeveloper doesnt know this?
