What type of disc should i get if i want to transfer all my photos and music on to them?

what type of disc should i get if i want to transfer all my photos and music on to them?|||CD-DVD, Just to be safer becuase if you use CD-ROM or that other type, I think if you have any Music Videos it will not transfer.
