Can any type of carbon paper be used to transfer the tattoo stencil to the skin?

I am wondering if regular carbon paper used "normally" for writing or whatever can be used to make a tattoo stencil and apply it to the skin for the outline of a tattoo?





So does it work the same as the thermal/carbon tattoo transfer paper?
