I am on probation in MN, my KY based employer wants me to relocate, is this type of transfer mandatory?

my probation is currently administrative (unsupervised) and i have 13 of 15 years left. i attempted a transfer 2 years ago and was denied due to my po leaving too many blanks on the forms|||If your probation was supervised, it would indeed be a mandatory transfer because your employer is requiring you to move... However, since you're on unsupervised probation, there is no reason to transfer supervision, and the Interstate Compact does not apply to unsupervised probation...
